Thomas P. Brice, Jr.
Vice President, Regulatory and Finance
Thomas P. Brice, Jr. is SWEPCO's Vice President of Regulatory & Finance. He is responsible for SWEPCO's regulatory and financial strategy, the company's budgeting process and he serves as the primary interface with SWEPCO's parent company, American Electric Power, for finance and regulatory activities.
Brice had served as SWEPCO's Director of Regulatory Services since 2010. In that role, he was responsible for regulatory matters with the Arkansas, Louisiana, and Texas public service commissions. Brice, who joined SWEPCO in 1992, also has served as the Director of Business Operations Support, an audit manager, and as a senior consultant in planning and analysis, business ventures, and regulatory.
He graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting with a minor in finance. He is an (inactive) Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor.
Brice has served as a Board Member of the Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce and the Regional Air Service Alliance. He also has served on the Shreveport Airport Task Force, coached Bossier Dixie and Bossier Little League Baseball, and served as President of the Men's Club and on the Staff Parish Relations Committee at Asbury United Methodist Church.
Brice lives in Benton, Louisiana, with his wife, Mary, and their three children.
